Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
ï‚· Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web
applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
ï‚· Build and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
ï‚· Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular
(mandatory).
Full Stack Development (Lead)
ï‚· Lead end-to-end full-stack development activities.
ï‚· Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.
ï‚· Develop and maintain databases such as SQL Server (PostgreSQL / NoSQL
exposure is a plus).
Custom Web Application Development

ï‚· Deliver custom web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL
Server, and other Microsoft technology components.
Code Quality & Best Practices
ï‚· Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
ï‚· Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
ï‚· Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality.
Mentoring
ï‚· Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
ï‚· Provide technical direction and support to ensure delivery quality.
Software Development Lifecycle
ï‚· Participate in requirements gathering and convert business needs into
technical specifications.
ï‚· Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
ï‚· Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-
ups, retrospectives).
ï‚· Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure.
ï‚· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Performance & Optimization
ï‚· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across front-end and back-end.
ï‚· Implement caching and optimization techniques.
ï‚· Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
ï‚· Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
ï‚· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
