*Job Description*

5+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) functional support
Strong understanding of Customer Service, Sales, and CI Data/Journeys concepts
Expertise in CRM configuration: forms, views, business rules, security roles, data models, queues, case management
Ability to perform data fixes using Excel import/export, advanced search, and basic Dataverse queries
Experience working with ServiceNow / Jira / Azure DevOps or any other IT service management tool
Good understanding of integrations with Azure and third-party systems (ability to triage and escalate)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders
