About the Role:
Duration : 6 months
Location: Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Madurai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Noida, Pune
Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)
Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only)


Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to understand business processes.
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD), business requirement documents (BRD), and user stories.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and gap analysis documentation.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support product owners in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Participate in UAT coordination and ensure business sign-off.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Maintain traceability matrix and project documentation.


Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
o JIRA / Azure DevOps
o Confluence
o MS Visio / Lucidchart
o MS Excel / PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT/Software development projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Certification such as:
o CBAP / CCBA
o PMI-PBA
o Agile/Scrum Certification
• Domain experience (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, ITSM, etc.) is a plus.


Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
