Job Description

  • L2 Support with Java UI

  • Exp : 5 Years
  • ? Technical knowledge in Python ,Oracle, Synapse (Junior to Mid level),SNOW,JIRA ? Ensure timely resolution of incidents, escalating to L3 support when necessary. ? Develop and maintain scripts in for automation of routine support tasks, such as system health checks and data processing. ? Assist in the development of automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. ? Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to production system ? Provide detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and known issues for future reference. ? Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and work on solutions to prevent reoccurrence. ? Suggest and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability and uptime.
