  • Knowledge of key processes in Salesforce industry solutions.
  • Worked on Sales, Service and Health Cloud.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) data models.
  • Ensuring the solutions meet customer�s requirements using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) tools like Omniscript, Cards, Integration procedure, Dataraptor.
  • Building automation and cost-effective solutions following industry best practices
