  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering, with proven expertise in deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
  • Build predictive models and recommendation systems to support key business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and reports.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to deploy scalable data science solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficient in Python or R, with hands-on experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Strong experience with SQL and working with large relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision projects.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.
  • Exposure to MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
