- Salesforce QA (Manual) – 2 Positions
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Model: Preferred WFO, Chennai or Work from Home

- CPQ – Knowledge is mandatory

- Testing
- · Understanding user stories
- · Test planning
- · Writing test cases
- · Executing test cases
- · Reporting Defect
- · Documentation related to test planning, test execution, test reporting
- Experience on defect tracking tool – Primary JIRA or any other relevant tool
- Good knowledge in Automation testing and writing scripts.
- Good communication to interact with developer and team lead outside India
- Flexibility to work in the evening for few overlapping hours based on need
- Hands-on on smoke testing, functionality testing
- Good hands-on experience in integration testing or API testing with 3rd Party Systems from Salesforce (Mandatory)
- End to End Testing of the Salesforce Process, test planning, test case development, manual testing for Salesforce applications
- Coordinate with project team, complete testing on time, report bugs and track them to closure.
- Take part in team standups, product review meetings, weekly meetings.
- Timely delivery of test cases and conduct required tests (regression/sanity, smoke, integration) and release builds on time.
- Effective reporting of work and reports.
- Basic understanding on test automation – Good to have.
