  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Billing (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate).
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in customizing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 Billing modules.
  • Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 Billing with other enterprise systems using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Billing workflows, plugins, and custom development using C# and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address Billing-related issues and integration challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Billing modules to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Billing with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Deploy Dynamics 365 Billing customizations, configurations, and integrations to various environments, ensuring proper testing and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Billing-related issues, providing technical support and ensuring system reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct regular system reviews, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending improvements.
