  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced AWS Engineer with a strong background in setting up and managing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The candidate needs to do end-to-end operations - design, implement, and optimize an efficient and scalable call center infrastructure so experience especially in configuration areas such as Call flow, DNC, Skill routing is must.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • •     Design and deploy a cloud-based contact center solution using Amazon Connect.
  • •     Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and agent hierarchies to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • •     Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services, such as Lambda, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB, to enable automation, reporting, and AI-driven features.
  • •     Set up and manage phone numbers, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems, and omnichannel communication (voice, chat, email).
  • •     Implement real-time and historical reporting dashboards to track performance and KPIs.
  • •     Leverage AWS AI/ML services, such as Amazon Transcribe, Comprehend, and Lex, to build conversational bots and enable voice/text analytics.
  • •     Ensure the infrastructure adheres to security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • •     Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Amazon Connect platform and integrated services.
  • •     Optimize system performance and scalability to handle varying levels of traffic.
  • •     Provide training and support to agents, supervisors, and administrators on the Amazon Connect platform.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • •     4+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • •     Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Amazon Connect.
  • •     Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SNS, and API Gateway.
  • •     Strong knowledge of telephony concepts, including SIP, PSTN, and VoIP.
  • •     Solid understanding of networking, security, and data privacy in cloud environments.
  • •     Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • •     AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty
